2. Decide which milk provision option is best for your school
3. Canvass parents with milk letter and health benefits information - Click here to download letter
4. Decide when milk drinking should take place (eg, mid morning)
5. Decide who collects the money, how often, who distributes the milk and where milk is best consumed
6. Contact Local Authority or local dairy supplier for further details on ordering the milk
7. Decide whether a fridge or cool boxes are needed. Ask the Local Authority or the dairy if refrigeration is available
8. Collate results of canvassing letter - Decide and communicate start date (eg, parents, dairy, LA, Healthy Schools Advisor, School Milk Facilitator)
9. Arrange a date with your local School Milk Facilitator to give class talks or assembly (if required)
