Further retail price cuts

Latest retail price information shows that several retailers have followed ASDA in reducing the price of own-label milk. Website information for Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons show that the price of own-label milk for Whole, Semi-skimmed and Skimmed milk has reduced from £1.25 to £1.18 for a 4 pint poly-bottle. This is a reduction of 7p (5.6%) giving a ppl equivalent of 51.9ppl and brings prices to the same level as ASDA.
