Branded Cheddar Cheese sales continue to grow

Cheddar cheese, a key segment with a 42% volumen share of the overall GB retail cheese market, has experienced above average volume and value growth. Mature Cheddar was the main driver for this growth. In particular, Dairy Crest's leading mature Cheddar cheese 'Cathedral City' has experienced 79% value growth over the past 4 years.
