New RICs data source for land prices

Datum now has a new data source for land prices supplied by RICs.  The RICs data provides more detail than the VSO data source and allows visitors to the website to compare land prices by region and by land type.  Datum already uses RICs as a source of information on rent prices so the new data from RICs for land prices will allow direct comparison between purchase prices and rental prices.
