The latest dairy statistics pocketbook will be issued in August by DairyCo, providing the industry with a raft of independent facts and figures. 

As part of its world class offering, Dairy statistics: an insider's guide 2010 will offer revised information for the UK, and highlight quantitative data for the EU and the world.

DairyCo senior analyst Arnaud Haye says: "The pocketbook provides information stretching from the farmgate to consumers - it's become an essential tool for the industry and is used by the media and farmer groups as a basis for informed debate.

 "The pocketbook has been extremely well received in previous years and again this year we're sending a copy to every British dairy farmer.  It means they will have the answers at their fingertips to the most frequently asked questions about the dairy industry in the UK and the rest of the world."
