Butterfat

The average EU butterfat figure for October 2014 stood at 3.99%, up 0.08 percentage points on the month. There was a decrease of 0.08 percentage points compared with October 2013, however, excluding data for Malta, this equates to a decrease of only 0.05 percentage points.
