Butterfat

The average EU butterfat figure for February 2015 stood at 4.02%, marginally down by 0.02 percentage points on the month. There was a decrease of 0.03 percentage points compared with February 2014, however, excluding data for Malta, this equates to a decrease of only 0.01 percentage points.
