CARA Ltd. - or Cymru Agricultural & Rural Advice Ltd. - was formed in 2005 by Wendy Jenkins, Iwan Price and Jonathan Crimes. Wendy was formerly an employee of Stuart Perry Associates, whilst Iwan and Jonathan worked for Promar International.
