In this edition of all things dairy you are being encouraged to use one of our new tools or come to one of our events. If you have not done either of these before then please have a go. At DairyCo we go to great lengths to make sure that what we produce is relevant and accessible; I hope you find this to be the case.

• First was that successful KT requires two components to be in place, namely good transmission and a willingness to receive.
• Secondly was that KT is a two way process and may be better termed knowledge exchange.
• Understanding the obstacles that dairy farmers meet when trying to improve their businesses is crucial to a successful partnership of technical improvement.
