Anticipated deliverables for dairy farmers:
This EU project was co-funded with 28 other partners and aimed to deliver a scientific report along with evidence that milk and dairy products are safe from Johne's disease (mycobacterium avium paratuberculosisor MAP). The project has also identified ways to reduce MAP load through practical recommendations that can be implemented on-farm.
DairyCo is currently awaiting the final report.
