Anticipated deliverables for dairy farmers
The development of rapid, reliable and accurate procedures for the analysis and characterisation of farm manures and other organic materials, a simple characterisation of soils to improve understanding of nutrient fluxes following the land application of manures and organic materials. The techniques will make a significant contribution towards the improved and sustainable recycling of organic residues in farming with reduced environmental emissions.
