Crop Protection Priorities for forage and feed crops in light of proposed EU pesticide regulations and other changes
Anticipated deliverables for dairy
farmers: Attempt to predict outcomes for dairy farmers if
pesticides are removed.
Completion date: TBD
There is an EU proposal to remove some of the pesticides currently in use. It is not yet clear what effect this will have and there is a sustained lobby going on for a review of a wide range of environmental parameters. It is still up for discussion and there are four lists of pesticides that can be removed.
