Muck and Soil Northwest

Muck Northwest is an annual event held at Reaseheath College, which is co-sponsored by the Environment Agency and organised by HarveyHughes.

A free event for all farmers, growers and contractors, Muck North West will feature:

• Live machinery demonstrations including manure spreaders, slurry incorporation, injectors, umbilical systems, trailing shoe applications to growing wheat
• Slurry separators, pumps, presses and slurry storage including temporary and mobile storage solutions
• Alternative slurry and manure management systems including reedbeds and bio digesters
• Discussion forums covering the value of slurry, storage requirements, closed periods, applications rates, changing legislation, practical solutions
• Free slurry nutrient analysis - bring along your own manure sample.
