Butterfat
Butterfat figures for December 2011 currently stand at 4.20%, 0.02 percentage points higher than November. This is 0.05 percentage points higher than the level seen in December 2010. Cumulative butterfat levels stood at 4.04% in December for the 2011/12 milk year, 0.11 percentage points higher than the 2010/11 milk year.
