Richard Davis farms 125 hectares with his wife in North Bedfordshire, running 110 pedigree Holstein Friesian cows and 70 head of youngstock.

Richard has been a non-executive Director of First Milk for six years, is a Council Member of the NFU and Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and in the past has been a non-executive Director of Westbury Dairies.
