Neil is a tenant farmer in SE Hampshire where he milks 200 pedigree Holstein Friesians.

He is a member of the England Implementation Group (EIG) for the GB Animal Health & Welfare Strategy, Vice Chairman of Hants Cattle Breeders Society and is Hampshire local director for the NFU Mutual.
