Ian is chairman of Honeytop Speciality Foods, a medium-sized bakery business which supplies a number of the major retailers and food service companies in the UK and exports to countries throughout Europe.

With a professional background as a chartered accountant, Ian was previously vice-president and chief purchasing officer for McDonalds Restaurants UK.
